We were so impressed by Hadley’s Pro Clean. When they were done with our carpets, they looked better than they did when they were new! This is probably going to be TMI but we had an older dog who could no longer “hold it” and there was no evidence left behind when they finished the job… odor or stains. They even went the extra mile to make sure there wasn’t any dog hair left behind with a nifty carpet rake that they did a triple pass with. Again, we were very impressed and will recommend them to anyone we know who needs a good cleaning.

Everything they cleaned looks and feels clean now. The colors are vibrant again and the rugs are soft under my feet. I am very pleased with the results. The team, Ian Hadley and Jim Hadley, were friendly and punctual. They asked questions and explained what they would be doing so I felt sure that they would do what I wanted. They paid attention to the work they were doing. I mention this because I have hired other companies whose employees seemed to pay more attention to one another and their ongoing conversation than to what they were doing. The cleaning was done throughly, and well. Everything was back in place when they left. They had something I had not heard of before that they could apply to the rugs and carpeting. It is a probiotic that can digest some types of dirt in carpets. While it left a slight smell for a couple of days, it was not a bad smell, and more importantly to me, it wasn’t a perfume smell.

I had such a wonderful experience with Hadley’s Proclean! Not only are Jim and Ian very nice and professional but they are extremely knowledgeable about their work. We moved into a new home and called Hadley’s Proclean to help make the home feel new for us. We called Hadley’s to have some funky old gross kitchen tiles cleaned. We have deep cleaned them ourselves but it doesn’t last. The funky just rebuilt. The seal on the tiles had worn away.
We had other quotes from other companies much higher than Hadley’s. Hadley was honest with us that we would not get the long lasting results from the clean and reseal we were hoping for. We have used other counter top seals in the past in different kitchens and always had disappointing experiences. So after Hadley we were reassured they are not the most cost-effective for old tile.
I give Hadley’s a 5 star for being honest, they gave us should advice that was true to our situation and not there profit margin.
I have the most respect for honesty and good customer service.

I was able to make a price estimate on line from their website as well as schedule the appointment. They called to confirm and again an hour before they were scheduled to arrive. They arrived on time and ready to work. Obviously clean cut, well groomed professional gentlemen who are not drunks or druggie low lifes. We walked the job down and they told me that I would not benefit from having the protectant applied to my rugs and carpets because of the materials they are made of, saving me a bunch of money. Because of that, I was able to have them clean other rugs that I didn’t think I could afford all at the same time.
I assumed their cleaning would be like other companies I’ve had in before; just bigger, more powerful versions of carpet cleaning machines that you can rent. Instead, they had several different machines, each suited for a particular task at getting the rugs and carpets clean. At one point they were on hands and knees with a rather large version of what looked like an automotive buffing machine. When they were finished, my rugs, carpet and a stain on my sofa that I never would have gotten out myself were as good as new. Although they did 2 more rugs and cleaned the sofa, the price was much less than I originally estimated. They were also dry enough to immediately walk on if I needed to.
I am so happy I got a recommendation for them and hired them to do my rugs and carpets. At their prices, I’ll just go ahead and hire them from now on instead of trying to rent and do it myself.

Wow! Such amazing, kind and professional service – they truly went above and beyond for my mom. My mother lost her beloved doggy, Sara, and before Sara’s passing yesterday she left blood stains in two separate rooms and a couple of rugs as well 🙁 My mom called Hadley’s ProClean and scheduled for them to come out to clean the rugs/carpets and they came out the following day (today). They showed my mom so much compassion and TLC – she’s pretty distraught about losing her fur baby, as can be expected 🙁 – not only did they do an AMAZING job cleaning the carpets and rugs (you can’t even tell at all that there were once stains there) but they also showed her that they genuinely cared about her loss. My husband has always teased me about carpet cleaning services I would hire and would get disappointed almost immediately after they leave, I’m referring to the two larger known companies. I brought the Hadley’s into my home as a last effort to save my carpeting from dog odors (puppies). It pleases me to say that the carpets look brand new and the odors are about 90% gone. Amazing!
